Lawn Service Pricing for Orange Park

Annual lawn service pricing is when we bill the same price every month for the entire year (average sized lawns, up to about 10,000 square feet, are usually between $125 and $225 per month).  Most annual accounts include trimming the hedges as needed, managing weeds in flower beds, and/or pruning small palms and trees.  Each annual account in Orange Park has different services in their package, depending on the customer’s needs and budget.

Annual lawn care pricing can be an advantage to both the customer and our business because the customer will receive more services for a discounted price overall and Fat Grass will receive a payment 12 months per year which helps during the slower months.

Per Cut lawn service pricing is when we bill for each time we perform the basic lawn service (mow, edge, weed-eat, and blow debris).  Additional services such as trimming hedges are billable separately.

Per Cut pricing is nice for those who want to “pay-as-you-go” and not have to pay much, or anything at all, during the winter months.  Rates are generally higher with per cut pricing due to various reasons.  Per Cut pricing for lawn care in Orange Park starts at $35 for weekly service during the growing season (Apr-Oct). If bi-weekly service is requested, the price will be about 1.5x the weekly quote.  We do not offer service less frequent than bi-weekly between April and October. 

Lawn clean-up pricing can vary greatly so it is best to send us pictures of the areas needing attention along with details.  Normally a basic lawn clean-up is when the grass, edge, hedges, palms and/or small trees need to be trimmed back more than a frequent lawn service would provide.  

We offer pressure washing pricing along with our Orange Park lawn services since the two go hand-in-hand. Why have a nicely groomed lawn but dirty concrete?! Pricing is based on a few factors: size by square foot, type of wash (surface or house), and extent of dirt/mildew build-up.
